Mediocre Stay with Parking Problems

incorrect advice staff support
The hotel gave incorrect parking advice. I ended up with damage to my rental car. The staff showed a complete lack of support when I reported the incident. This was quite annoying as one would expect much better guidance.

The location was very good. It was great Intersport Ski Hire was right outside. The room included a very comfortable bed and a great mountain view.
The cleaning service was disappointing. Someone came every morning to ask if we needed cleaning. Cleaners did not clean if you were not in the room. The cleaning was mediocre.

Wonderful Stay

clean hotel daily service convenient location easy access
The hotel was very clean. Cleaners made the beds daily. They also provided tea, coffee, biscuit treats, and toilet rolls. The ski hire shop was located next to the hotel. I found this very convenient. It was an easy walk from the ski lockers to the gondola. The gondola quickly takes you to the main ski area.
The hill to the cable car took some effort.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

duplex layout equipped kitchen modern design
Our suite had a duplex layout and we found it fantastic. The kitchen provided a sponge/liquid and cloth set and was well equipped. The hotel itself features a modern design and remains clean on the ground floor. I appreciated the convenience of onsite ski rental at Intersport and the associated guest discount on ski and boot hire.

The building offered an amazing pool area as well as a pool table. Ski-to-door access via a locker room provided great convenience. I found the washer and dryer facilities particularly useful .

The location provided easy access to ski lifts, shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel offered close proximity to the Express gondola. I walked a short distance on the slope to reach it.

convenient location onsite ski hire superb facilities helpful staff
the location worked very well for accessing the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants! intersport ski hire located within the building proved very convenient. i found the apartment to have super facilities, providing everything needed for self-catering. the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.
The reception team could have been more helpful. I received limited information upon arrival!

the room had a kitchenette, it was awesome. three balconies provided ample space for bike storage. i found the washer-dryer facilities very useful after a long day outside.
i noticed that the tourist tax was incorrectly charged, though it was resolved
